I’m a passionate, performance-driven sales leader with over 20 years of building and scaling SDR teams, GTM strategies, and enablement programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

My philosophy is simple: Always Be Learning. In fast-moving sales environments, the teams that win continuously learn from customer conversations, data, and market signals. Enablement shouldn’t be a one-time initiative—it should be embedded into the operating rhythm of the business.

I focus on strengthening the entire revenue funnel: aligning Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, improving pipeline creation and conversion, and equipping SDRs and AEs with the strategies, messaging, and workflows they need to execute effectively.
